Last week I hosted a webinar for a group of solicitors at gunnercooke llp. gunner𝘤𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘦 is an enlightened law firm in which the solicitors are self-employed.
It provides a supportive umbrella of admin so that its lawyers can get on the important job of providing legal advice.
Being self employed can often be stressful and sometimes lonely. So gunner𝘤𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘦 launched #fitfor23. This first session was called Lowering Your Stress Bucket, with an emphasis on the importance of sleep.
The 22 participants learned about:
- the importance of REM sleep
- letting go in preparation for sleep
- how positive thoughts through the day affect sleep quality
…among many other benefits.
It is the bed rock of how we function.
