It’s only a problem if it’s a problem (for the client)
One of the first things we learnt in our hypnotherapy training.
It is not for us to decide what the client’s problem is.

A large person enters the therapy room.
For weight loss?
So many people find hypnotherapy useful for this.
But no it could be sleep, anxiety or confidence issues that concern the client
Their size is not a problem seemingly.
It is never for the therapist to pre-judge.
But to gently push the client towards the solution they want to find.
And then the magic starts to happen.
Once we take control over one part, other parts fall into place too.
And very often the weight starts to fall away too, all by itself……..
